We’re embarking on the next phase of our story – expanding our footprint across the PNW region, and to new markets across the US. We’re looking for a highly-organized, multi-tasking, project-owning Customer Success Manager with the ambition and passion to make a difference and reduce plastic waste.  

Your ability to keep a customer motivated, on track, and being a customer advocate, is essential to your success. You bring high energy, and are motivated to make your customers successful, and take time to understand their objectives, goals and requirements for partnering with Bold Reuse. You are organized and can juggle multiple customers and/or projects at once. You execute well under pressure and have a passion for life and hard work.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the customer on-boarding process from the time the sales closes through successful customer launch.
  • Keep our project management tools up to date so customer journeys are up to date, and customer contacts and pertinent customer info is accurate.
  • Contribute to certain team and/or company initiatives, such as process or system improvements, best practices development, team training etc
  • Leads and implements a portfolio of strategic focused projects and customers. Directs cross-functional work to ensure projects are on pace, budget, and deliver desired outcomes.  
  • Coordinates communication and project tracking to ensure a streamlined approach with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as it relates to all projects and initiatives.  
  • Regularly reports on status and effectiveness of mission strategies and initiatives. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional groups to create and document standardized program and best practices models  that are clear, consistent and achieve program objectives.  
  • Identifies challenges in program implementation and maintenance. Works cross-functionally with project teams and  key leaders to find solutions.  
  • Drives program knowledge expertise at across the organization and acts as go-to program expert for questions. 
  • Trains and coaches leadership teams at all locations on program requirements. Assists in all staff level training as  needed.  
  • Prepares and delivers professional presentations to broad audiences across the company. 
  •  Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

The Account Executive crafts, identifies and closes sales for Bold Reuse within the Pacific Northwest (specifically Seattle and Portland Markets). As the individual who represents Bold Reuse and drives the revenue, we are looking for a self-starting closer who can build a large pipeline of business within a short period of time, and work with existing clients as well as new customer opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Actively pursue, develop and close new enterprise accounts (FoodService, Hospitality, Grocery, Non-Comm) while achieving goals and quotas
  • Develop strategic plans for penetrating and closing accounts
  • Build relationships with key decision makers at customers across their Sustainability, Marketing, Operations and Procurement teams
  • Project manage complex sales with your key internal partners.
  • Define the overall approach for specific territories, regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Build, maintain, and share a high level of competitor and segment knowledge in terms of product offerings, pricing, discounts and promotions, volume and trade spend, forecasting, price modeling, P&L understanding, and contract development
  • Update CRM and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

You have:

  • 5-7 years’ experience selling at the executive level to enterprise corporations (Sales Experience with Top 100 Foodservice National Accounts or large Event Venues is a preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in growing business volume
  • Experience in complex sales environments, demonstrating success in sales that have a major impact on our business, many stakeholders and longer sales cycles (6+ months)
  • An ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous experience using systems for tracking sales, determining ROI, and developing data-driven strategies
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills: negotiation, deal creation and presentation skills
  • A structured and organized problem solver, who can drive projects to completion with minimal direction and high attention to detail

We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist who will be primarily responsible for delivering an inventory of clean reusables to participating vendors and servicing drop sites to collect returned reusables. Back at GO Box HQ, the Logistics Specialist will process returned packaging, help maintain clean inventory storage; prepare new reusables for use, and perform additional logistics and warehouse operations as needed.

This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service. This position is based out of the GO Box HQ is located in inner southeast Portland.

Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week). Typical schedule will be 9 am – 4 pm, Monday through Thursday. No weekend days.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reusable packing for delivery 
  • Make deliveries of clean inventory to participating vendors
  • Collect returned containers from GO Box and partner drop sites
  • Record delivery and collection data accurately 
  • Help manage container inventory at GO Box HQ
  • Restock marketing materials at partner vendors and drop site locations
  • Engage with partner vendors, employees, and the general public about GO Box, represent the company professionally
  • Assist in new vendor outreach as necessary

Requirements:

  • Current driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Reliable; consistently at work and on time
  • Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions
  • Must be able to work well with as part of a team
  • Capable of lifting 25-50lbs
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus

We are currently seeking a Operations Specialist who will be responsible for duties necessary for the successful sanitation of reusables, as well as logistics and warehouse operations.

This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service This position is based out of the GO Box HQ is located in inner southeast Portland.

Job Type: Full and part-time positions available, Monday through Friday, No weekend hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage reusables through quality assurance checks, washing/sanitizing, drying, and repackaging processes
  • Unload and load reusables into delivery trucks
  • Help keep warehouse clean and safe
  • The main equipment used is a commercial sink, hand carts, and pallet jacks

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work well with as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Reliable; consistently at work and on time
  • Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willingness to report potentially unsafe conditions
  • Capable of lifting 25-50lbs
  • Forklift certification helpful but not necessary

Compensation:
