Position Details

Bold Reuse is seeking a self-driven Operations Lead with experience in leadership and production. This is a physically active role which involves working on the production floor and driving the team to meet daily goals. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to think strategically while managing details and executing with efficiency. Strong communication skills, team-building focus, and a commitment to company culture and community impact are essential. The ideal candidate is passionate about contributing to our mission.

 

Job Type:

This is a full time position with some very occasional weekend availability required.

 

Compensation:

$/hr, dependent upon experience, plus benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.

 

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

  • Support branch supervisor in executing the daily schedule.
  • Lead the operations team to achieve daily goals and maintain standards.
  • Process reusables through sanitation, packing and logistics procedures.
  • Monitor daily workload of team members and adjust duties accordingly.
  • Monitor, provide feedback, and proactively drive the team to achieve goals of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate to branch supervisor issues that will affect customer service and/or production.
  • Evaluate efficiencies through analysis of processes and provide recommendations to supervisor.
  • Understand client requirements to efficiently complete scheduled workload.
  • Monitor employee and facility safety, quality, and productivity, identify and report unsafe conditions and behavior.
  • Participate in regular meetings with employees to encourage open communication from all levels to problem solve issues and drive improvement.

 

Ideal Candidate Skills

  • 2+ years of operations or production experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals
  • Familiarity with structures and processes that drive successful service operations
  • Thorough understanding of team dynamics and the ability to implement processes necessary to reliably hire, promote, train, and support a diverse team
  • Willingness to work alongside the team to gain familiarity with and expertise of our procedures, as well as to support KPIs and revenue goals
  • Excellent communication skills to convey critical information to all stakeholders (the team, management, and clients)
  • Current driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Reliable; consistently at work and on time
  • Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Capable of lifting 25-50lbs
  • Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot under stressful conditions
  • Closed toe shoes with anti-slip soles.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
