About the Role
Managing and actively participating in the execution of our service contracts, working collaboratively on the production floor and with company leadership to continuously improve our processes and develop processes for new clients. We are looking for a self-motivated Branch Supervisor with expertise in production and system building who will support the development and expansion of Bold Reuse operations, driving value for our organization. This leader must have excellent communication skills to share our vision and ensure that pertinent information reaches organizational teams in a timely and accurate manner. A focus on team-building and culture development is vital to retaining and mobilizing our team. Finally, a desire to help build a company that benefits the community, the team, and the world is a must because that is what we seek to do every day! This is a full time position with some occasional weekend/evening availability required. The role entails setting up and managing washing/sanitizing processes, efficiently utilizing labor, being responsible for profitability and supporting all customer needs. At times it may require going to the customer’s location, gathering products, and loading them into a vehicle. Loaded product will be transported to a cleaning facility where the items will be sorted, cleaned/sanitized, packaged, and returned to the customer location. We are located in San Leandro, CA. You Will:
• Support, mentor, and motivate the operations team • Scheduling weekly employee shifts based on operational needs • Establish clear performance expectations, monitor, and proactively drive improvements of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Understand client requirements to efficiently prioritize and allocate team and facility resources • Manage employee and facility safety, quality, and productivity, identify and correct unsafe conditions and behavior; recognize positive safety performance as well as individual and team contributions to promote a safer workplace • Ability to quickly assess performance or capability gaps and take corrective action to mitigate risk and develop ongoing contingency plans • Review, establish and maintain standard operating procedures • Employ positive, strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well as people skills when working with various job levels of the organization • Effectively communicate progress, plans and issues that may impact production areas with leadership teams • Ability to effectively troubleshoot under stressful conditions • Share daily operational plans with team members and leadership • Work alongside operations team to process reusables through sanitation and logistics procedures as needed • Have the ability to drive a vehicle to the customer’s location, collect used items, transport them to the wash hub, clean/sanitize the products, and package them for return to the customer.
You Have:
• 4+ years of operations or production experience • Driver’s license required • Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals • Familiarity with structures and processes that drive successful service operations • Thorough understanding of team dynamics and the ability to implement processes necessary to reliably hire, promote, train, and support a diverse team • Must work alongside the team to gain familiarity with and expertise of our procedures, as well as to support KPIs and revenue goals • Excellent communication skills to convey critical information to all stakeholders (the team, management, and clients) • Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills

We are currently seeking full-time Operations Associates who will be responsible for duties necessary for the successful wash and sanitation of reusables, as well as logistics and warehouse activities. This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service. We are located in San Leandro, CA. You Will:
• Sort and put reusable material through our sanitization process • Prepare reusable items for delivery • Record process data accurately • Help manage inventory at Bold Reuse • Restock marketing materials at partner vendors and drop site locations • Perform opening and closing procedures as needed to support Operations and Warehouse Managers
You Have:
• Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations • Reliable; consistently at work and on time • Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions • Must be able to work well with as part of a team • Capable of lifting 25-50lbs • Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot under stressful conditions • Closed toe shoes with anti-slip soles.
You Are:
While performing delivery duties, the employee is required to drive a company van, carry clean reusables to vendors and collect containers from our dropsites. While working in the warehouse, employees are required to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to wash, carry, lift and manipulate foodware and glassware. While performing their duties, delivery employees will be required to lift boxes up to 40lbs.
